Terms & conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern the Custom Fit, Lifetime Repair, and Remake Request services offered through Yoon Studio. Please review these terms before approving a service request.
General service policy
- 1.1Yoon Studio provides garment care services primarily for original YOON THE VALET products.
- 1.2All service requests are subject to individual assessment. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance.
- 1.3Our team evaluates each request based on garment authenticity, condition, construction, material availability, service capacity, and technical feasibility.
- 1.4We may request additional information, photographs, purchase records, or physical garment inspection to complete an assessment.
- 1.5Where a request cannot reasonably be accommodated, we will explain the reason and, where possible, suggest an alternative.
Service eligibility
- 2.1Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
- 2.2Original purchasers, gift recipients, and owners of secondhand Yoon garments may submit requests for assessment. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
- 2.3We may request reasonable evidence that the garment is an authentic Yoon product.
- 2.4Garments with extensive deterioration, significant structural damage, prior modifications, or unsuitable material conditions may require additional assessment or may not qualify for the requested service.
- 2.5Eligibility decisions do not affect any statutory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
Custom Fit
- 3.1Custom Fit covers selected garment alterations, subject to technical feasibility.
- 3.2Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and relevant fit preferences.
- 3.3Our team will explain the proposed adjustments and any foreseeable effects on the garment's original design.
- 3.4Applicable fees and estimated timelines will be confirmed before work begins.
- 3.5Additional alterations outside the agreed scope require further assessment and customer approval.
Lifetime Repair
- 4.1Lifetime Repair offers ongoing access to repair assessment and eligible repair services throughout a garment's reasonably serviceable life.
- 4.2The term "lifetime" refers to the period during which a garment remains reasonably repairable, rather than the lifetime of its owner.
- 4.3Lifetime Repair is not an unconditional warranty and does not guarantee unlimited, complimentary, or technically feasible repairs.
- 4.4Repair eligibility and fees are determined individually according to the type and extent of damage, required workmanship, material availability, and garment condition.
- 4.5Where repair is feasible, our team will provide a proposed scope of work and communicate applicable fees before proceeding.
- 4.6Some repairs may result in visible stitching, replacement components, or minor differences from the garment's original appearance. Such foreseeable changes will be explained before approval.
- 4.7Where a garment cannot reasonably be repaired, Yoon may decline the request and explain the assessment outcome.
- 4.8Lifetime Repair does not replace or limit customers' statutory rights relating to defective products or services.
Remake Request
- 5.1Remake Requests are considered individually and are subject to design and technical assessment.
- 5.2A remake may involve irreversible alterations, including cutting, reconstruction, or removal of original garment components.
- 5.3Our team will explain the proposed design, material limitations, applicable charges, and estimated completion time.
- 5.4Work will begin only after the customer approves the agreed scope and applicable payment arrangements.
- 5.5Additional design changes requested after approval may require a revised quotation and timeline.
Pricing & payment
- 6.1Service fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- 6.2Pricing may vary according to garment condition, service complexity, workmanship, additional materials, and other relevant requirements.
- 6.3Any assessment or consultation fee will be disclosed before the customer agrees to incur it.
- 6.4Customers will receive confirmation of applicable service fees and payment arrangements before work begins.
- 6.5Additional charges will not be incurred without prior customer approval.
- 6.6Payment methods, deposits, and payment deadlines will be communicated during service confirmation.
Shipping & delivery
- 7.1Shipping arrangements are determined individually according to the service, garment location, and agreed logistics.
- 7.2Customers will be informed of any applicable inbound and return shipping charges before proceeding.
- 7.3Garments should be clean, dry, and securely packaged when submitted, unless otherwise agreed.
- 7.4Customers should follow the shipping instructions provided and retain relevant delivery records.
- 7.5Responsibility for shipping-related loss or damage will be assessed according to the agreed arrangements, relevant evidence, and applicable law.
- 7.6Return delivery or collection will be arranged following service completion and fulfillment of agreed payment obligations, subject to applicable law.
Service timeline
- 8.1Service completion times are estimated individually following assessment.
- 8.2Estimates depend on the nature of the request, garment condition, workmanship required, material availability, and service capacity.
- 8.3Any material changes to the estimated timeline will be communicated to the customer as soon as reasonably practicable.
- 8.4Where a delay materially affects the agreed service, the customer may contact Yoon to discuss available options and applicable remedies.
Changes & cancellations
- 9.1Customers may request changes or cancellation before work begins.
- 9.2Where work has already commenced, any applicable charges will be assessed based on the agreed terms and work or costs reasonably incurred.

- 10.2Customers are encouraged to inspect their garments upon receipt and contact us promptly with any concerns.
- 10.3If the completed service does not correspond with the agreed scope or reasonable quality standards, Yoon will review the concern and assess an appropriate remedy.
- 10.4These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
