Some pieces become part of our everyday lives. Through our Lifetime Repair service, we offer continued repair support for eligible Yoon garments, helping you care for the pieces you return to, time and time again.

    Select your preferred service and tell us about your garment. Include photographs, relevant measurements, and purchase details where available.

    Personal assessment

    Our team reviews the garment's condition, construction, and your requested adjustments. Additional information or a physical inspection may be required.

    Review & approval

    We communicate the proposed work, service fees, shipping arrangements, and estimated timeline. You can review the details before deciding whether to proceed.

  4. 04

    Thoughtful care

    Once approved, your garment is entrusted to our team for the agreed alteration, repair, or remake.

  5. 05

    Back in your wardrobe

    When the work is complete, we arrange collection or return delivery according to the agreed arrangements.
